My name is Kimberly and I'm a mom, educator, and admissions professional who has spent twenty years helping students figure out who they are and where they want to go. Over the years I have seen how often kids struggle to understand their own strengths and how to apply those strengths to a career path that makes sense for their unique way of thinking. Many students feel pressure to choose a direction before they have the clarity or confidence to make that decision.

After years of watching families feel overwhelmed by choices, deadlines, and expectations, I created Career Compass to make the process easier, calmer, and more meaningful. My goal is to give every student simple tools, practical guidance, and a sense of calm as they explore their options. I believe that when students understand themselves, they make choices that fit who they are and who they want to become.
